POLICY
~ Items that are being returned must be in new condition, that is
that they have not been used, washed, worn, damaged, etc. In the case of an obvious
manufacturer's defect, an item, which has been used or worn within a reasonable limit, may
be exchanged or refunded for store credit.
~ CASH REFUNDS are given ONLY if the
original purchase was made with cash or check, the original receipt is presented, and it
is returned within 30 days of purchase.
~ CREDIT CARD purchases may be credited back to the
card that was used in making the purchase ONLY if the original receipts are presented.
This includes both the register receipt and credit authorization slip.
~ SALE MERCHANDISE may only be returned for
exchange or store credit.
~ SHIPPING CHARGES will be credited ONLY if the
return or exchange is due to an error by us, Gators Plus.
